Stader’s Sunset Plan for Terra 2.0, NEAR and Fantom

Dear Stader Community,

We, at Stader, remain committed to delivering the best-in-class liquid staking experience to our users. Your enthusiasm and support have been the cornerstone of our journey.

However, with the constantly evolving defi landscape, it is essential for us to prioritise & deploy the resources in a more focussed manner. After thoughtful consideration, community engagement via forums and on-chain voting, we have hence decided to withdraw our staking services on the NEAR, Terra 2.0, and Fantom networks. This change will be phased in nature & shall commence from December 13, 2023.

Here’s an outline of the key dates and actions in the sunset schedule:

• Unstaking Deadline: Users are requested to unstake their funds by December 13th, 2023.
• Withdrawal Completion: All withdrawals should be finalized by January 17th, 2024.

Even after services cease, you will be able to withdraw directly through smart contract interactions. A comprehensive guide on this process will be released shortly.

We understand that transitions can be challenging, and we are dedicated to making this process as smooth as possible for our users. Our team will be available to assist you with unstaking and withdrawal of your funds. We aim for a hassle-free experience as we undertake this change.
