You can bridge tokens between Ethereum and Polygon using Polygon's native PoS bridge. Before you can bridge MaticX in either direction, you need to first ensure that you have added MaticX to your tokens list. The subsequent sections explain the process of adding MaticX to the tokens list, bridging from Ethereum to Polygon and from Polygon to Ethereum.
