Withdraw SD
The SD Utility Pool offers a user-friendly interface for SD Delegators to conveniently withdraw $SD at any point. Here’s how it works:
- Withdrawals will be facilitated using the balance of unused SD in the Utility Pool.
- If there's insufficient unused SD and withdrawal requests remain pending for 10 days, the protocol treasury will step in. It will provide liquidity for withdrawals, injecting up to 25% of the pool's size. This liquidity comes from Stader Community funds and is capped at 1% of the total SD supply.
- In future versions, Utility pool will be governed by a dynamic borrow rate curve, allowing market forces to influence utilization and withdrawals.
Unbonding Period: After the withdrawal request is processed, there will be a 7-day unbonding period. Delegators need to wait for unbonding period after their withdrawal request is processed before they can claim their tokens.
Withdraw Limit: The withdrawal limit will be shown to SD Delegators. This limit represents the maximum amount that Delegators can withdraw from the pool without needing to wait in a queue. If a Delegator tries to withdraw more than the limit, they will be placed in a withdrawal queue.
